QUICK REGROUP

• F1 moves forward and passes to D1 after D1 pivots backwards
• F2 curls off the far boards, behind D1 and up the boards
• D1 has two options for the pass, F1 or F2
• attack far net 3 vs 0 with the pass coming back to the D entering the zone
• after scoring chance, either F1 or F2 pick up a loose puck and attack back 2 vs 1 against D1
• drill continues with F3 and F4 working with D2.
