• on the whistle, F1 and F2 accelerate into the zone
• F3 passes to either player for a one time shot off the pass
• F1 or F2 receives a second pass from F3
• D1 moves off the boards to defend F1 and F2 two vs one
• immediately after passing, F3 hustles into the play
• F3 is the backchecker working with D1 to create a 2 vs 2 rush
• drill continues with F4 and F5.
