TRANSITION SNAKE

• on the whistle, O accelerates forward, crossover above the face off dot
• O sprints to the face off circle, crossover around the bottom of the face off circle and sprint up the ice
• on the same whistle, D accelerates backwards, at the top of the circle pivot forward and sprint
• at the face off dot, pivot backwards and accelerate working to keep ahead of O for as long as possible
• no contact allowed.
