Forwards and extra d on the 4 neutral zone face off dots with pucks. 4 D on offensive and defensive zone dots. both ends go at the same time. diagnal. F passes straight ahead to D. D makes a D to D Pass. F gets puck at intersection of Boards and Blue Line. goes around line keeping feet moving. goes in and shoots. other side goes.
