Description
Players form 2 lines on the centre red line. They skate forward to the blueline
and snowplow stop. Then they skate backwards through the neutral zone to the
opposite blue and pivot towards the boards. Skate hard to the corner and stop,
then skate backwards to the blue line and pivot towards the boards again
skating backwards throught the neutral zone to the far blueline and stop.
Variation: add pucks or race
