Description
Start out with 2 forwards in each corner and 2 defensemen on the blue line. One forward passes to the defensemen. As the defensemen move back to the far blueline, the forwards are skating to the neutral zone. The D make a cross ice pass to the other D, who then passes to the crossing forwards near the red line. Forwards go in 2 on 0. After the shot, both forwards skate back out to the defensive zone and get a cross ice pass from the corner and go in 2 on 2 with the defensemen who were in the original play.
