Great Flow Drill

Break the players up into 4 groups (A,B,C,D) as shown. Pucks are in the corners with 'A' &' C'. Player 'A' starts skating, as he goes past' B', 'B' starts in the opposite direction.' A' makes the curl and calls for a pass from 'C,' once 'C' makes the pass he starts skating.' A' receives the pass, gains the blue line, at which point' B' calls for a pass from' A' without going offside. 'B' goes in for the shot
and proceeds to the back of line' A' . 'A' finishes by going to the back of line' D'.
As mentioned 'C' started skating after he made the pass to' A, once past 'D', 'D' starts
skating in the oppodite direction, 'C' calls for a pass from 'A 'and so on !!
I hope this isn't too confusing. Once you get it going on the ice everyone is continously
skating. For added difficulty force the players to use the backhand while passing.
Don't forget to switch sides !!!
