X1 and X3 start at same time and skate around the four pylons as shown.
X2 and X4 start right behind X1 and X2 in their respective lines and skate around the faceoff circile as shown. They then take the defensive position so that X3 is skating with the puck on X2 and X1 is skaing with the puck on X4.
